    Bought sectional from Ashley Furniture with 4 year protection plan to replace another piece of furniture that failed. This protection plan is advertised as a fix all during the four year period. As it stands I cannot use the furniture if I wanted to use it. The chaise portion has collapsed and the protection plan tells me I have to notify them within 5 days for it to be valid. Other issues are rips and tears in the cheap leather. Claim was denied without any repair attempted, or without any visit by protection plan employees. This company has had another BBB complaint about the deceptive furniture plans they sell and promote. There is a class action lawsuit in Florida over this same issue. Resolution for me 1. Replace the broken chaise with new one. 2. If unable to replace this piece replace the whole set 3. If unable to replace the set then refund at least 75% of the purchase price

    Dont buy this junk! I spent over $15,000 cash for new Ashley furniture literally abt a month ago. My son was sitting in the loveseat and the back completely snapped on one side. We called to get them to send someone to fix it under warranty. When my furniture was initially delivered, it was delivered to my address which is 3509 and they contacted my wifes cell phone when delivering. Delivery was flawless except for them putting a 4” hole in my drywall. The furniture technician set up an appointment for 1/27 to fix the loveseat. On 1/27 I get a message saying the technician was at the home but nobody was home. I was very busy at work and didn’t get the message. They were supposed to have called my wifes cell but they didn’t. She WAS home! They went to the wrong address despite it being the same address the furniture had been delivered to in the first place. Idiots! We called and talked to the furniture repair people and they were not helpful or friendly and basically said it was our fault and we could wait. I will never do business with this company again. Cheap, inferior products that not worth the money. I wish i could return the furniture.
