We understand your frustration and disappointment with your purchase. When your items arrived at our normal in-home delivery service and they were not going to be able to meet the time frame that you needed for delivery (because they have been so overloaded with orders recently and not able to hire enough additional staff to get caught up) we moved your order(and others) to a different carrier that promised us they would expedite your order to you. There are very few white-glove delivery companies that deliver to Wyoming.
After 14 days when they had not delivered your items to you, we offered a full refund at that point. We realized that moving your items to the other company was a mistake. We kept giving the option of a full refund or wait to see if the new delivery company would come thru as they kept promising. We were in contact with you 2-3 times per week with updates. Every time the new delivery company missed their promise, we offered a full refund.
When you and us both were simply "done" with that delivery company, we immediately issued you a full refund.
We have changed our shipping policies to only ship to states and areas that our "normal" delivery companies go to so we can ensure a positive customer experience.
