Horrible experience. Do not use this company. I hired AG Waterproofing to Waterproof my 1890’s Cleveland home. There were many problems: 1. The owner, Gino, did stated multiple times he did not want to communicate via email. That he did not prefer it. Because of this, there was no written documentation when we had different memories of discussions regarding the work. 2. The job came in thousands of dollars over the estimate. 3. The job came in a month late than the original promised completion date. 4. The workers cracked my sidewalks and Gino refused to repair or replace them, blaming the damage on un-related roadwork. 5. Gino has no sense of customer service. When i called him to raise the issues he said “Not many people can do what I do, your basement doesn’t leak does it?” He was also quite upset that I raised the issues with the work performed and said he was “personally offended.” 6. He could not locate the sewer connection. I spent hours emailing and talking in the phone with the sewer district and the city to get the charts showing the sewer hookup myself.

I would like to respond to Tim's review which is filled with inaccuracies and false statements. All of the work was approved by Tim before any work commenced. He was aware of the scope of the work and all costs before any work commenced. This was done by written correspondence, emails, text, and in person conversations. All the work was permitted by the city and inspected numerous times as the job progressed. All work was done to building code standards and passed each inspection. In closing, I would like to say I will let my record speak for itself. I have worked in residential and commercial construction for over 50 years. I have been the owner/operator of AG. Waterproofing Inc. for 38 years and I've had zero/no callbacks to include Tim's job. I've been a member of the Better Business Bureau for almost 34 years with an A+ rating and zero complaints.
