My experience with Owners Management Company, was by e-mail correspondence representative, Dawn Buxbaum. The representative sent an e-mail to me and the other party in which the lease was signed with... The Title of the email was Security Deposit Refund in which the initial deposit was made from my business account with statements to confirm for verification but was not taken time to confirm by OWNERS LIVE MANAGEMENT The e-mail requested the address to where to send the refund check to and I replied where to refund the check or if i could pick it up from their location with a request of the amount to be refunded. The representative Dawn Buxbaum replied (NO) the security deposit cannot be picked up. But, According to certain protocol, the deposit is to be refunded to the Primary account in which it was received which was my business account . The other party had already FORGED my signature to end the lease agreement and then notified me by e-mail that the BANKER INFORMED her to SIGN MY NAME on the REFUND CHECKin which she received at her address, where, Dawn Buxbaum sent without notifying me that the check was sent to her address and not the primary account for which it should have been sent to. The other Party sent e-mails of a check written for the amount in which was to be provided, with the date and written in my name for the security deposit refund but not included a tracking # for me to verify the check was dispatched Be careful when a company do not take VALUE FOR BOTH PARTIES INVOLVED regarding the initial DEPOSIT BECAUSE IT CAN BE HAZARDOUS
