Second to None did siding work on my house this year. I was very happy with the them! They were easy to work with from start to finish, helped me with my questions regarding my insurance company, and kept me updated at each step. Even with COVID supply chain issues, there was not much of a delay and I was able to get the color and style I wanted. I am very pleased with the work that was done and the clean up after they finished working. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

We had the roof, gutters, and gutter guards replaced by Second to None Roofing company. The reason we did everything together because the sales person said they would all fit together with their products (being new products). The products don't fit together. We can only blame bad workmanship! We feel the gutter guards weren't installed correctly. The salesman never came back to confirm if we were satisfied with the job. We had a different crew for each project and they don't work together. Not very professional doing their jobs.

Their customer service is horrible. When you call in for any type of repair work they say they put in a work order for the work, but NO one returns your calls. This company use to be very respondent, but not anymore. I have sent multiple jobs and business their way over the past few years. Not anymore!! I am trying to have my front porch vinyl railing repaired that they installed and they won't even address my concerns to get it repaired. Very disappointed!!!!!

They did a job on my neighbors house on the corner. The roofing crew I had no problems with, afterward the siding crew showed up and then it started. The one crew member (not one of the younger ones) who drives a black crew cab Silverado assaulted me and threatened violence! I was on my phone in my garage and saw him attempting to back into my driveway. It's newer and that work cost me $18,000 and I'm protective of it. I walked out to him, meeting at the sidewalk/apron on my phone and stood blocking him from backing in further. I finished with my contractor on the phone and told him "NO WAY", and he hit me with his truck pushing me back! I reached into the bed and grabbed a job box and he jumped out swearing/threating me. LOL, I stood my ground as his crew ran up and added to it, threatening me on my property, 5-6 guys!. I ride a Harley and will stand my ground to anyone. He got back into his pick-up and hit me a second time still trying to back in if ya can believe before taking off and leaving the rest of the day, probably afraid I'd call police. BTW, theres 11 homes on the street, but can't go around the block or use another property that's not maintained like mine. I called the company and talked to the secretary explaining myself/happenings being civil, left my phone#, and the boss/manager couldn't call back and apologize for the vehicular assault committed on me!! Also the workers continually urinated on my neighbors home next door to the job. For personal reasons, I won't call our police, I handle things myself or he'd of went to jail, he should thank me! So no good things to say, and beware of that 45/50 YO who drives that truck, flaming idiot and management that doesn't care, I'd have been fired if I wasn't retired behaving like that.
