      Recently I had a new roof put on by Brad Smith Roofing Company – it was a great experience from the time I had them first come out to look at the roof after storm damage to completion of the roof in one day. Sean, Jack and Robin have all been so helpful in completing the process. The crew that did the actual work was terrific. They worked very hard and very efficiently. They never stopped even for a break in an effort to complete the work in one day. They were very friendly and responded to any question I had. They left my yard looking exactly as they did when they came, and none of my numerous plants were affected. I would highly recommend using Brad Smith Roofing if you need a new roof. **** ****

      One of the best experiences we have had with a contractor. The team that put our new roof on was very professional and courteous and respectful of our property. We would highly recommend Brad smith roofing and have to our friends. They have always followed through when we needed answers. Great company and great people to work with. Would highly suggest getting an estimate on any job you need done. ***** **

      Brad Smith was good until Brad died, the kids, especially the daughter are horrible business people. Told me they had released a lien three years ago, refinancing how and was told the lien was still in place. This will cost me a lot in refinancing fees. Brad was a good guy, the kids will ruin the company with total incompetence.

      Sean and the Brad Smith roofing team were amazing from the first call all the way through the job completion. We had them work on our windows as well as roof after a storm and they were amazing. Sean answered every question and treated us as we were his only customer, knowing full well he had a busy plate. They are large enough to know that you will get quality work with a strong backing but small enough to know our account and job. I have spoken very highly of them to everyone I run into. Great job.

      Brad Smith Roofing has been a great company to work with. They have done roofing, siding, and gutters on my house. I was very impressed by their response and help after a tree hit my house during a wind storm. They worked with my insurance company to get my roof covered by insurance, and made sure that what was installed exceeded what code required. The salesmen and crews have always been professional. It is nice to have a roofing / construction industry company that you can trust to get the job done right.

      I recently contracted with Brad Smith roofing to repair some roof and gutter damage on my home. Brad Smith exceeded my expectations and a few things stood out: (1.) Sales process. This was a very low pressure sales process. The gentleman who performed the inspection identified issues, provided recommendations, and left without pressuring me into a sale. I also appreciate his willingness to understand my situation and provide multiple recommendations/options that fit my budget. (2.) Back office. The folks responsible for scheduling/booking were very friendly and transparent throughout the process. (3.) Project team. Was very quick, efficient, and represented the company very well. In the few occasions I've contracted with Brad Smith roofing I haven't had to deal with any nonsense and will continue to call of them for any future roofing needs!

      After Brad Smith Roofing completed some work on our roof, it resulted in a poster sized hole in my bedroom ceiling. I notified them on May 27 of the damage. I was told that they would get back with me to schedule a date to repair, since I was not the only one in my complex with the same issue. Weeks go by with no communication. So I called June 10 to get an update. I was told that the person in charge of the repairs went on vacation and won't be back until the 21st. How does one go on vacation knowing that he has people waiting on him to contact them about damage that the company created. Had I not called the main office, I would have not known about this. Very disappointed in the lack of communication with this company.

      This job is a large project for the management company of this unit owner or tenant, at an apartment complex. These are apartment buildings with multiple units per building where an individual(s) either own or rent a unit. We did work on multiple buildings, and we still have more work yet to complete. We completed the roofing portion of the job on 5/31/22. We still have other work to do yet. We also have a few people to go and work on their ceilings that had damage during the roofing process including this individual's apartment unit. Our Project Manager met with each unit owner(s) or tenant(s) affected after the roofing work was completed to access the additional work to be completed. We are getting to everyone as quick as we can. This individual called in our main office on 6/15/22 about 10am (we have records from our Verizon desk phones) and we spoke with him when he called in that day, not on 6/10 as he stated in this review. Yes, our Project Mgr is currently on vacation (each employee has a right to take a planned vacation) so this individual couldn’t speak with the Project Mgr when he requested him, but we as a company still have other employees that answer the phone, we still spoke with this individual when he called, and let him know that he’s on the schedule and we would get back with him with a date and time for the repairs. Then, a couple days later we received notice via email of this review the individual posted, in which he's implying that we have had no contact with him or we did not work to access and are not in the process of scheduling the work to repair to his ceiling – which is falsely representing the situation. We do have to get the materials prepared, crews scheduled who can do the work, and coordinate with him as best we can – and we did communicate that with this individual. Our main concern, of course, is always taking care of our customers. Our client, the management company, is aware that we are taking care of any additional items as quickly as we can. Our Project Manager did meet with this individual, and we plan to take care of the ceiling repairs for the management company at his location, and we let him know we would contact him with a date as it is closer. Our scheduling department updated him yesterday that we tentatively have him on the schedule for Friday or Saturday next week, and we will call as it gets closer to confirm the date and time. We feel this is a review that was not submitted by our client that we have a contract with, which is the management company. We also feel this individual is just trying to make a statement about our company that is missing some facts, and is just defamatory. We will still be in touch with this individual as we have planned to take care of his repairs to his unit.

      We had a really frustrating experience with Brad Smith Roofing and would recommend that others stay away if possible. There was no proactive communication from the company at all through this process, and it just seemed like they did not value me as a customer. We had a big roof leak after a Christmas snow storm. Sean came out at the end of January to take a look and we reviewed and signed a contract in February. We heard nothing from the company until I reached out about the project in April and then June when the first part of our project was finally scheduled. That work was completed in July (after a couple of delays), but then we heard nothing from the company about the second part of the project, installing heat cables. I reached out a number of times, received responses that the project would be scheduled soon, but then nothing. At the end of October, I cancelled the project. Only then did I learn that the company had trouble with obtaining heating cables from their supplier and did not have them in hand.
