After meeting with four roofing contractors, we selected Barbera Home Improvement to replace the roof on our ranch home and attached garage. Our Sr. Project Manager was Mike ********* Mike is the kind of rep you want: attentive and responsive without being pushy. He was also on site the morning of our install. Our job did have to be delayed due to threat of storms. Mike had called the night before to let me know that the delay might be necessary and that he would re-evaluate it in the morning. We were then moved out an additional day later since the storms were still in the forecast. It was the right call. I was impressed with the fact that we were only delayed by 2 days. The morning of the install, the crew, led by Juan, arrived before 7 am and promptly got to work. I have watched other roofs going up in our neighborhood and THIS crew was clearly the most organized and efficient of any of them. They were impressively hard working, courteous, and respectful of our property. A neighbor stopped by and asked "Is this BHI? WOW! they are the BEST!! I had them do my roof and then they did roofs for 15 of our family members! There is none better! You certainly picked the right guys!!" His enthusiasm was stunning. But that is certainly what you want to hear. The job was completed by 2 pm, and that included the cleanup, which was impeccable! What a great experience! John ******* has instilled great customer service and workmanship into his employees. We could not have been more pleased.
