They charged me $991.32 for replacement of vinyl flooring that was like paper that wasn't even fastened down and when anything was moved on it (Table/Chairs/Washer/Dryer) it would tear) this is the worst vinyl flooring I have ever seen and I worked in construction since 1977. The only place it held up was in bathroom. They kept $610 deposit and now want $457.16 by 28th of March 2024 for move out charges. Replacement of carpet for $75.84 when installed on 12/01/2017, the vinyl was replaced before I moved in 03/01/2019. I gave over 90 day notice of move out and returned keys on 02/02/2024. ******** ***** ********** **** ***

No contact from them, just called and I am paying with money order $457.16. I wasn’t given any answer to date of installation of vinyl flooring prior to my move in on 3/1/2019. They are a total ripoff for flooring that wasn’t worth putting in to begin with and not giving life of flooring discount for replacement like they did for the carpet. Both the carpet and vinyl flooring were replaced before I moved there in March of 2019

I decided to buy a house and was told that a 30 day written notice was ok by one of the workers. I was then told after turning in my keys and cleaning the apartment to make it move in ready that they were not giving me my deposit and I had to pay until someone else was in there. I will be contacting legal with this matter.

Forcing me to live in an unsafe area against my will ! Literally GUNS And Police in the same space where my kids are playing . No humility in this company at all ! It’s all about money and catching people up with RENT SUPCRIPTIONS THAT AUTO RENEW AT A NEW PRICE RATHER YOU CAN AFFORD it OR NOT ! A complete nightmare to say the least ! Even if you give a 30 day notice they will deny it and By that point they have already signed you up for another YEAR ! Without any signature! No call no email no nothing. You have to realize that this was put in place to set people up. Mistakes happen and a lot can happen in 60 days ! Who knows forsure 60 days ahead ! Especially in my case my mind was changed due to criminal activity that made me feel unsafe as a single mom . But that doesn’t matter to this company. They will let you get shot before letting you out of an unreasonable and unjustified lease Subscription !!!!! INSANITY !!!!! Someone give them business etiquette training . This is not how to get rich by doing people wrong!

This is a terribly predatory company. They purchase properties and jack up living costs while removing features we have. For example at my home in Bridlewood, we as residents have noticed that our rent has gone up substantially to "save costs" even after they removed our trash chutes in the building. Removing a service and charging more? You are not saving money you are preying on people. Also, with Bridlewood we have noticed they try to market it to younger audiences, which is fine, but in an effort to push people out of their homes they are stripping our building of services such as community nights we used to have while under Zaremba, while also dropping the temperature to BELOW FREEZING in our lobby!!! Avoid living at anywhere these thugs own or are affiliated with! They will rob you over time!!!!

I was given a notice that a GFCI receptacle was being put in my kitchen. I left a tool out and I left a note advising which circuit breaker to use. I came home to discover that my apartment was walked through and my balcony door was left unlocked. I have no problem with the GFCI receptacle being installed. My problem lies with the fact a stranger hired by AIY Property took it upon themselves to walk through my home while I was at work. I made the mistake of trusting AIY PROPERTY ( Bridlewood Apartments), my trust has been betrayed. AIY PROPERTIES really needs to look inside their company and realize that without tenants, there is no AIY Properties. I also spoke with the police about this incident, I was advised if anything is discovered missing or damaged, I can file a police report. So far I have found nothing. My search is not over. As far as AIY Properties go, they have a lot of maturing to do as a company. AIY Properties needs to give the respect to others that they want. It’s not only appreciated, it’s EXPECTED!!!!!

I called maintenance on or about 8:00 friday morning about my toilet , it was leaking around the bottom, well, now it is 5 hours later nobody has even contacted me and i have tried to call the office and left a message , cause nobody answers , and i have call the maintenance number and left 3 maintenance calls about this because it is getting worse, i have gotten no response in 5 hours, it will eventually leak to downstairs apartment and i told them it was getting worse, but, even so i cant use my toilet and that is very inconvenient, this is totally rediculious, plus i left a text message on their messages , (they sent me a message about making my rent payment and i have never missed one in 4 years ) but they cant answer a maintenance concern!

Since AIY took over my neighbor has been stealing my mail and blocking me in my garage. I have contacted them and the police. AIY told me if I can get out of my garage I should try to as she only has people park there to pick her up and drop her off. She lives on the street behind me and has her own driveway. My daughter is severely autistic and has multiple therapies a week. And we have missed so many due to not being able to leave our house, which has caused the doctors to mark me as negligentand don't believe me of being trapped in, i have proof of it though. All AIY did was send out a notice about blocking garages. And so my neighbor who blocks me started hanging out behind my garage. Came home and she was sitting there wanting for her friend and told him to park right behind my garage, it scared my kids seeing her just sitting under our balcony because they know we have been having issues with her and they were scared she was going to hurt us. AIY knows and did nothing. The friend of my neighbor threatened to beat me up after he blocked my car in (this was a different day and I was parked outside of my garage and he pulled up right in front of it and parked) I told AIY and they said there should have been room for me to get out still. So not only is my daughter missing her weekly speech and occupational therapy but I've been threatened and AIY wants me to just be understanding that my neighbor needs extra help. She says she can't walk but she sure enough runs fine when I catch her in my mailbox and she runs back to her house (again she lives on a different street from me, so it's not like its my neighbor on the other side of the duplex). I can be understanding but not when I can't get out of my own house when needed.

This is my second complaint, the aftermath of the pond in front of my apartment Backing up when it rains has flooded into my apartment and destroyed alot of my property. Everything is covered in mold. I just went to emergency and got diagnosed with a airborne bacteria also. It made me really sick to smell the mold fumes. I contacted the property management, and they came out one day and now they won't answer any of my calls. I pay extra for renters insurance through them but was told it is only liability for their property. Please don't move here, from the day I moved in I have regretted coming to this place. This apartment isn't even the one I was supposed to have. I put down a hold deposit for a different and better looking one just to be told "sorry that one isn't available, here's this one". They didn't even give me a tour of the one I'm in.
