Paxton was wonderful! He was clear and concise. He gave a great breakdown of price. He even taught us along the way on the work he was doing. It was such a relief to have him fix our water tank. I would give him 100 stars if I could and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Paxton!

Paul, Frank, Alex, Paxton, and Mike did a PHENOMENAL job on my house. Under poor circumstances, they showed up every single day for 2 weeks straight and got the job done. Paul would show up early and leave late to ensure that nothing was left untouched. For context, they had to complete $42,000 worth of work on my house and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to come and complete the job. I will forever recommend them and I refuse (from here on out) to contact any other plumber if I ever need one. While the job was pricey, the extent of work that needed to be done was reasonable. Likewise, they showed up ready to work, built amazing professional relationships, and cracked a few jokes. Seriously, thank you so much to Paul, Frank, Alex, Paxton and Mike for their hard work and dedication.

Travis was our Mr. Rooter service technician today. He was knowledgeable and professional with the work performed.

We had water in the basement. Several Mr Rooter men in my house telling me to get a lawyer and get out, that all of my pipes were "gone" in front yard, & that I had a separate issue of a pipe in the ceiling. They couldn't find my waste line so they wanted to dig out the basement floor from the front to the back, on one side. I was told it would be a $30,000 job. I am an 88lb woman on disability who was there alone without my husband, sobbing . They charged $1430.47 & said they could only do so much until after the weekend saying we had no pipes left in the front yard & sewage was leaking back into the house. He looked at the pipes in the yard and said they are just fine - in tact, and look better than most homes in Cleveland and Shaker that he works on. He scoped them for me and gave me a video to share with Mr Rooter so I can question them on this bogus charge of service. He also said nothing they said was correct - the T pipe that was flat/backpitched was working fine but not up to code - so he fixed that , and he only charged me $1000 to clean out the pipes in the yard Rooter claimed we didn't have. He said the reason Rooter left us with (almost) no plumbing for the weekend was because they only cleared about 10ft of pipe leaving the rest to back up. My husband called and spoke to a manager there who blew my husband off, was extremely rude, and abruptly ended the call. I called back Monday and asked to speak to a manager. I called twice - no response. I finally sent an email to the main office letting them know I have 21 videos of them in my home for over 5 hours - taking advantage f the situation, and me being a female and on disability. If nothing else - to prove at the least that they had no idea what they were doing. It took my new plumber 2 hours to blow out the pipes - by himself. I have provided Rooter with the video from my new plumber and have been ignored since. Joe George was kind on the phone but has not gotten me any answers SO now I'm here.

From my initial phone call to Mr Rooter, everyone was courteous and polite. Alex the technician was on time, explained what was happening, fixed the problem with the drain and was out the door quickly. I will definitely call them again if we need any plumbing work.

Mr Rooter came to our elderly parents in Elyria and charged over $400 for 45 minutes of work. Technician took advantage of the elderly by charging over $190 to snake a kitchen drain and over $240 to “ reinstall “ pipes under sink which had worked fine for 45 years. Contacted the local manager Brian who couldn't care less. Basically said they authorized the work so tuff luck. Technician used scare tactics to get the elderly couple to ok repairs that would have been less than half by anyone else. Mr Rooter completely took advantage of an older couple.

Verry profesional on time and do a great job. Five star service thanks.
