Class 1 Paver - First my sale rep. Lee was so nice and pleasant to work with that was the first start of a wonderful start. I could not ask for a better team, Bob team was great this all start August 13, 2022 when Bob call and told me that he would be able to do my drive way that week. I was so shock I was scared that I was making the wrong decision but I keep my end up and I was not disappoint at all I was so happy. I left my 80 year old mother to help me out. She was wonderful because the guys was so professional and nice they did everything to make my mother feel comfortable. My drive way was just ugly they did the best job I could even think of this being my drive way. They start that Monday August 15, 2022 finished everything up Saturday. (August 20,2022) My driveway is so nice smooth and clean the concrete is not cheap the job was done well. I would recommend them to all. Thanks Bob and the crew for awesome job thumbs up. You guys are awesome !! Thank you so much !!! Drive way is so pretty still looks good !!!

Last summer 2021 we had a new roof put on by Class 1 Pavers & Remodelers; they did a phenomenal job. The roof looked beautiful. We also had to get work done on our chimneys as well. It took a few months for Mr. ********** to finally get a hold of his Masonry person but he finally came through. I can not tell you the name of the person because when he finally came to the house he never alerted us to the fact that he was there. For two days he came to tuck point the chimneys but he never said a word to us. We had to contact Mr. Michael ********** whenever there were questions about payments. He informed us how much everything would be. Once the work was completed and paid for a few days later the cap came off the top of one of the chimneys. We called Mr. ********** to inform him of the problem. He said that he would talk to his person. A few weeks went by and we still had not heard from Mr. **********. My husband called again and was told by Mr. ********** that he should go to **** *****, buy another chimney cap, go up on the roof and install it himself. My husband is a 68 year old diabetic. he can not go up on such a high roof. For the next few months calls were made to Mr. **********, they were not returned. So last month the end of May 2022 instead of calling Mr. ********** again I called the main office of Class 1 Pavers... I was informed by the gentleman who answered the phone that he was not aware of the problem. He said that the Mason guy would be coming in on Friday and he would get to the bottom of it. I never heard from him again either. I called the first week of June again and spoke to a young lady that took my name and number and told me that someone would get back to me. No one ever called. A few days later I called the office and left a message. A few minutes later Mr. ********** called me back and we had a conversation. I informed him that until this Mason

We had our 62 year old hardwood floors in our living room, dining room and hallway sanded, stained and polyurethaned (3 coats). Michael *********** Operations Manager oversaw every aspect of the floor process from start to finish. The person who did the floors was extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to communicate with. All the work was expertly completed and he paid attention to detail and cleaned up at the end of each day. He showed up on time each day and put in a full day's work. The floors look AMAZING and we highly recommend Class 1 Pavers to anyone consideration having their hardwood floors done.

These people do not care about your project. If it doesn't pay them thousands of dollars, they are not going to work with you. In other words, If its not a major project, they could give two shits. I orginally hired them for tuckpointing. The crew came out 5 to 6 months later and were already telling me what they were not going to do. Long story short, I had to cancel. Tried to keep their business and do other projects. They sent someone out and assessed that all my projects were too small for them. Save yourself time and the hassle and tell these guys, no thanks. If I could give zero stars, I would. They are rude, unprofessional and have zero patience with you. They will do their best to over charge you. They especially get-off at trying to screw over younger folks. Don't go with them.
