CertaPro Painters of Westlake & Medina did a wonderful job painting the exterior of our home. I am beyond pleased with the results. They paid attention to the details, were exceptionally careful around our landscaping, and cleaned up so we would never have known they were there. Our home looks stunning. I believe Certa pro painters to be a horrible corporation After giving them a down payment in 2020 to have exterior painting done my home could not be painted for a year due to staff issues. When 2021 arrived they reimbursed my down payment and did not paint my home. They kept my money for one year made interest and did not give me any interest back. I could have had my house painted long ago instead of waiting for them, to do absolutely nothing always the same issue was told to me staffing problems.CertaPro Painters of Westlake & Medina-Strongsville Response

Due to the height of my entranceway, I didn't want to tackle painting the ceiling and walls. I contacted CertaPro Painters. I thought the quote was very reasonable since cleaning of the surfaces, patching holes, and two coats of paint included, so I scheduled the work. The ceiling was a flat white and the paint for the walls was matched to an existing color in our hallway. Roberto and his team did a great job. I was very happy with the finished product and the cleanup of the work area. I've already recommended CertaPro Painters to co-workers.CertaPro Painters of Westlake & Medina-Strongsville Response
