I have had over eight GI balloons rupture and these balloons are suppose to last longer than a month, but they are lasting weeks at most.My three year old tracheostomy's &vent dependent son relies on this balloon to work because he receives meds and food all through this ballon. Without it he will not survive. I have done my due diligence as a customer to reach out to this company so that they can rectify the issue but they are non responsive. They are in the business of selling faulty products that have the potential to harm my medically fragile son and they refuse to work with me in providing me a replacement product even though I have sent them all of the ruptured ones to test out. My son is immobile and can not reach or grab for things and he has never pulled out the balloon, he does not tug on it or anything, they just pop while in him and that in return ruins the whole balloon. I had to file a complaint because Laura had not returned my calls after a week of calling her, and I finally got a call from Amy J**** who was rude and was not willing to help at all. I asked for a one time courtesy ballon in which she was against. I am seeking to know why my balloons are not even lasting a full month and why this has been happening for the past year and a half. I am not asking for much other than a balloon.
