              I applied to refinance my student loans for a lower interest rate because I heard the advertisement on Dave Ramsey's podcast for Splash Financial. I thought it was a good opportunity as I am trying to pay off all my student loans as soon as possible to be debt free. I have been paying on my student loans (even paid one off) during this pandemic forgiveness of not having to pay anything and with no interest rate. After filling out an application online they denied me right away and said it was because of my credit. I just turned 27 and have been in college the last few years, have never missed a payment, have no credit card debt, no auto loans, no mortgage just my student loans so I'm not sure how that is reflecting poorly on my consideration. Thought this company would be helpful to someone in my position especially being advertised on a Dave ****** platform but unfortunately I was wrong.
