      I have bought three new cars and two used in my 40 years and this dealership, Sales Rep, Kyle (Salesman) and General Manager (Michael Press) was by far my worst experience. This started with a test drive, where I requested two issues be fixed: 1. Shaking at highway speeds and 2. Brakes burning smell from rear being adjusted too tightly. I was informed the repairs were done so i signed paperwork with my financial institution and returned to sign for car. When I arrived, the shaking was still there and salesman did not want to address this and General Manager told me there wasnt a problem and shouldn't be driving 70/mph on Ohio highways. What a unique demonstration to deflect accountability and deliver poor standard and customer satisfaction! These are the same two employees that attempted to raise the sticker price on the vehicle during our negotiation process on top of resisting fixing the issues. Neither one had regard for building a future business rapport or my safety and satisfaction as a customer and human being driving off the lot. I felt sick to my stomach giving this company my business after their behavior, let alone make commission off me. I knew morally what they did was wrong but I also knew I never have to be treated that way again after I completed the sale. I did seek help to get the repairs done myself, by reaching out to Service Manager, Michah, who was probably the only reason, the sale went through. He fixed the issue and even went on test drive with me to ensure I was safe and happy with it. Thank you Michah for remembering the value of treating people with respect, integrity and doing your job. I learned a very valuable lesson about ****** Brand that day.

      **** ****** ***** ****** Unfortunate experience. Came in to have my 12volt battery replaced and a check engine light code evaluation. I was onsite from 1:40pm till 4:40pm. I was told that my hybrid battery was dead (two cells reading 0) and in need of replacement. Cost of replacement was quoted at $4200.50. After reviewing the quote I was offered to sign up for a credit card to pay for this bill and if not a credit card I was directed to their sales department for a new car as mine would be "scrapped" without a new battery. I was able to drive my car in for the evaluation but afterwards not able to drive it home. I got the car towed and got a second opinion elsewhere. With the second evaluation done elsewhere it was noted that the 12volt battery that was just replaced was the incorrect capacity for my year of Toyota Prius and didn't meet smart key needs. It was also discovered that two pins were broken off that connects the hybrid battery. These two pins lined up with the cells that were "dead" in the battery. It took the second mechanic less than 1 hour to diagnose and fix the connection. The cost was $400. The pins that were broken off were corroded and green, very easy to see. Pictures attached. This leads me to believe that the connection either wasn't checked at all or it was checked and then broken upon reconnection. When I initially called Toyota of Bedford and explained that my 12volt battery was replaced with the incorrect battery I was told that "that doesn't sound real" and "who told you that". I had the second mechanic speak to them and they changed their tune quickly. I went back in to Toyota of Bedford and they did replace the 12volt for me to the correct capacity battery with no charge.

      My car been sitting for 2 weeks in service with no updates. Called and left 5 messages including 1 with service manager. They’re also ignoring all phone calls. The 1 time I talked to the service rep she promised to call me the next morning with the mechanic to explore options and never did. Very unprofessional place of business.

      The dealership is a scam. They take all of your information before giving you a price or a deal. They quickly "run" credit check to determine your loan interest rate. The loan interest rate is completely set by them to guarantee them a cut from what the bank gives them. Last time I went to them, the loan percent rate was 7% for a car I wanted. I went to them again because they begged me to come back and I filled out the loan application again with the same money down. Interestingly enough, the loan rate dropped to 5.6% for the same loan term. What is this bs. It seems like they throw random numbers for those interest rates in a relatively short time. There is no negotiation on the pricing, and if they give you a rebate they will raise your financing percent. I am not dumb, and I see right through their scams. Also, what about the after market additions that you don't need being forced on you so they can make money off of you in commission. The interesting thing is that when I notice their games, the dealer starts acting up and being rude out of nowhere. Get your reputation up Toyota of Bedford. You lose business from me and many others I know because you don't know how to treat customers right.
