On November 11th 2021 I took my 2007 Ford Ranger in to be repaired because the front end was shaking and my rear differential was leaking. They told me that I had a bad gear in my transfer case, I needed new universal joints in my driveshaft and a new pinion seal to repair the leak. They gave me a quote of $2047.25 for the work and I agreed to have it done because they came highly recommended by a coworker. I picked up my vehicle on November 24, 2021 and it still was mildly shaking on the highway but they told me to monitor it because it might be something additionally with the drivers side wheel. They did not inspect it to find out. My son was in town from Arizona at the beginning of February and I decided to take him to Amish country for the day to have dinner. We only made it about an hour away when my truck started making a terrible noise underneath in the back. I pulled over to the side of the highway and got off on the first exit. When I came to a stop my son told me that the driveshaft was falling out of the bottom of the truck. I called *** and had my truck towed to Christian Brothers because they had performed the work on the drive shaft. They texted me a quote totaling over $1800 telling me that I need to have my driveshaft replaced. How could I need a new driveshaft when I had just paid them two months earlier to repair the one I had? I declined the work and paid out of pocket to have my vehicle towed to ************ ****** **** because I had used my last tow. They did an inspection on my vehicle and told me that the retaining clips for my u-joint were not properly seated and that is why it fell out. Further, they never even put fluid in the transfer case that they charged me nearly a thousand dollars for. My son and I could have been killed on the freeway due to nothing but negligence! Now I have to take my truck in again to have the brand new transfer case I purchase inspected for damage and potentially replaced again. They are crooks not Christians!

I "drove"my 2006 Dodge Magnum in for my routine oil change and fuel system cleaning back on June 11 2023. I never imagined it would cost me more than 6k for a new engine replacement. I notified the owner in which he denied any wrong doing on there part even after I was contacted by the mechanic that they found metal in the oil filter and wanted to drop my oil pan for further inspection. I agreed to it and by the next day I was informed by the mechanic I had a rod knock and it wasn't drivable which I thought was unusual since it wasn't knocking when I dropped it off. So I had it towed home a went through the task of finding a replacement. After trial and error I had the engine and person to do the job. During the swap over they had to swap the oil pan and other part that when I was informed by the mechanic that the oil ports leading to and from the oil filter was clogged with black gasket sealant and in his opinion was the cause of the engine failure. I contacted Christian brothers owner and he said they never touched the oil pan and the blockage was due to long time build up and wasn't taking any responsibility for the mishap and conveniently there wasn't any docutation on their end so I was left paying for the replacement out of pocket since it was he said she said scenario. I recommend choosing a different company for your repair needs!
