Highly disgusted at this business, The lynnwood location charged my debt card on the day of service $99.00 three days later I get a notification from my bank that my balance has been updated to add a $100. When I called to confont the salon the women took no responsibilty and confirmed I was only charged the $99, This information is true, this being the reason why I am calling to ask why my balance was updated by $100. I offered to bring in my bank statments to show a completed charge, not pending and the women hung up on me. Trust and believe this is not over.Review from Lil M

DO NOT GO HERE. if i could give it a zero, i would. when i tell you this is the worst experience i’ve ever had.. i went here to get a soak off, i had acrylic and gel on my nails, i got taken back by a lady, she proceeded to take my nails off with a fake acrylic nail by ripping my nails up with the fake nail (which was so painful) after i told her many times i wanted them soaked off. i also told her the skin under my nails is high so if you cut too short they will bleed, i literally cut my nails before going so all she had to do was soak off and drill the rest off once it soaked off. so as she cuts them short, my skin is literally exposed and bleeding, and i’m telling her i’m in pain, do u think she stops ? no, keeps going & puts glue on the cuts to try and stop the bleeding. at this point idk how my nails look, she continues to rip the acrylic off. these wonderful people sitting next to me go and tell someone bc they can tell somethings not right, once they do that she tries to switch me over & drill it to make it seem like she was doing that the whole time. once i switch seats and seen my nails i almost started crying, they were demolished. i will never in my life step foot in this establishment. BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS, it’s sad, i feel like they give anyone a job here. i wish i could upload the pictures on here, they hurt so bad.Review from Mary H

I wish I would've read these reviews before visiting this nail salon. This was the worst service I've had anywhere and it cost me almost $300! I'm from Chicago w/a party of 6. 2 lil kids mani pedi, 1 kid pedi, 1 kid mani, 2 adult pedis & 1 adult acrylic full set. I wish you could see the horrible job they did but I can't upload a picture. I was on my phone so I guess she thought i wasnt paying attention. My toes look like my 5 year old granddaughter polished them. The tech never even filed them. My fingernails are soooo thick and they look fake...I know they are but I'm used to my nails much thinner & natural looking. These look like they were done in the 90s or something. When I was asked if they were ok, the tech wasn't sincere in asking because she got an attitude when I let her know. I have polish around my nail bed & the back of my hand too. Then to add insult to injury they added tax to my bill. Who pays tax on top of the price for nail services? I never have. All the places I've been (over 59 years of my life) in this country, tax is included for nail services. They had the nerve to add tax on top of each service and I specifically saw & heard them charge everyone else the listed price...no tax. I didn't realize my daughter was disappointed, as she was on the other side of the salon. They seem to nickel & dime you without your knowledge so beware. I would NOT recommend this place.Review from Frances M

I had an appt. At Anthony Vince, Legacy. It was for a certain time. It was convenient for the salon to take someone before me at my scheduled appt. Time. I was upset and complained. The manicurist treated me very rudely as did the manager Paul. I had been going there since it opened. I was told to never come back.Review from Emma K

If I could them a zero star I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! First of all, they don't follow the Covid-19 requirements that are set by the CDC. There is no social distancing between the nail tech works and clients. When I was there the staff was either not wearing a mask. I saw maybe two employees had masks on but they were wearing them incorrectly. and for the few that were, they were wearing them incorrectly. I have had to call them on numerous accounts to schedule an appointment for the services that I wanted to be done. When I got to the salon the "manager" started arguing with me about the services that I wanted. The technicians are very rude!!!!! When I went to check-in for my appointment the nail technician left me sitting with my hands in 100% acetone for over an hr!!!!!!! I finally got really annoyed and when I asked the manager to find the lady that was doing my nails to come and check to see if they had come off. Little did I know the reason why she was nowhere to be found was that she was doing 3 other clients' manicures and pedicures when she was supposed to be doing my nails. When she FINALLY DECIDED to come back she was more focused on talking to the other employees than paying attention to what she was doing to my skin!!!!!! All of the staff speak Chinese and have very limited English. I had to tell my technician ten times what services I wanted. My technician and the manager both tried telling me that they don't offer the services that I wanted even though I called and spoke to the same manager two days before and she said not a problem. The salon made me feel like I was at a frat party!!!!! All of them were way more concerned about talking to each other than paying attention to the clients!!!!!!!! The lady cut me multiple times when she was using the electric files and tools to do acrylic nails on me. On my way out the door, my mom noticed that my hands were all bright red and scaly. When I went back into the salon to show my tech and the manager both of them said that my hands were like that when I walked in. They didn't want to acknowledge that my hands were not like that when I showed up and it was from me soaking my hands in acetone for over an hour!!!!!!!!!! I was there for over 3 HRS!!!! For the services that I needed everything should have been done within an hour and a half. Most of the time that I spent there was looking for my technicians to come over. bought a gift card and asked the manager if I could leave a tip using the gift card and they said yes. After I paid my bill I told the tech to keep whatever was left on the card as her tip. The manager was upfront standing and very rudely interrupted and said MAM WE CAN'T TAKE TIPS FROM A GIFT CARD IT HAS TO BE CASH!!!!!!!!! I felt so bad because I didn't have any cash on me so I told the lady that I would schedule another appointment with her and I would tip her for this appointment and the last one. WHEN I CAME TO HER STATION TO PAY HER SHE GRAB THE CASH OUT OF MY HAND AND STUFFED IT DOWN HER SHIRT. DIDN'T EVEN SAY THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!! This business sucks and they have lost me as a customer!!!!!!!! I felt like I was being ignored because they start something and then they go and work on someone else while your waiting for the service to be completed!!!!!!! SUPER RUDE STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
