The big fig warrenty is a joke - Ours is 4 years old and it feels like you are sleeping in a hole. I weigh 210lbs & my wife half of that. Their warrenty is that if the bed sags less than 1" with no weight on it , thew bed is fine . That is like saying if your new car looks good sitting in the dreiveway ,its fine , Regardless of that fact it wont start or run. The springs have clearly got weak on our bed but the memory foam and padding gets them off the hook. If you want a bed that looks flat and saupportive with NO weight on it then Big Fig is for you, mhowever if you want a bed that is supportive when you add your weight on top of it , then keep looking - their warrenty is worthles- Do not buy a bed from this company as they are greedy and do not stand behind their product - there is no way this bed can support the weight they claim for even 4 years . We completly wasted our money buying a big fig mattress - do your sewlf a favor and don't waste your money on a big Fig mattress

I lost my home - and all of my belongings to flooding caused by Hurricane Ida in September of 2021. I purchased my Big Fig mattress in April of 2021. My purchase included a 20 year warranty. Unfortunately, natural disasters are conveniently not covered in that warranty. When I called the company a week after my displacement, I was told I needed to wait for the person in charge (that might be able to help me the most) to come back from their honeymoon. I finally got ahold of that person on the last day of September. Ask me if they were remorseful. The woman who I spoke to, who I believe is named Allison, seemed apologetic at first, but later told me "It's not her fault," and offered me a $400 dollar discount on my next purchase. Don't get me wrong, it definitely sounds generous, but for mattresses that cost upwards of almost $2000, for a person with nothing and barely any money to replace my stuff, how is that fair? After spending nearly a month on a vacation on the dime of customers like me, to come back and put the blame in my hands is utterly and ethically abysmal. I paid and expected to have that mattress for next few decades, but barely got 5 months out of it. When I tried to seek help - not a handout - I got the blame instead. For a place that prides itself on comfort, I don't think I feel comfortable getting anything from here ever again.
