Lyndhurst Lumber stands behind their subcontractors, as they stand behind their work, as their subcontractors have been with Lyndhurst Lumber for 30 years. Several of the staff have worked with these subcontractors in previous years. Lyndhurst Lumber staff and employees know every aspect of the trades. They not only assured us of the quality of their work, but that the remodeling would be done as expedient as possible, there would no down time. They also assured us that when their subcontractors said that they would be on the job site at a certain time, they would be just that, on time! A complete bathroom tear out and remodeling was completed beautifully in just 21 working days. Dani and David provided us with the above captioned facts, which was impressive to us, thus we did not "shop" them, they gave us a price and we accepted. Dani and David do a fantastic job at over looking all aspects of the business. Bob came to our house with the subcontractor, did the sketch and measuring of what we wanted, which was a complete tear out of our first floor bathroom. He also handled all of the ordering from the various suppliers, additionally he over saw the delivery of all products that we ordered. Jeff and Dean did the majority of the remodeling, and they never failed to impress us with their skilled craftsmanship. They always were doing additional details that they had knowledge of, that just made the remodeling more outstanding. Jeff and Dean were protectionists in their work, and were also exceptionally neat and respectful of keeping dust and debris to a minimal in the house. At the close of each work day, they organized all of their tools and needed remodeling items so that we could walk about the house and garage with relative ease.
