      After accepting "full liability" for an accident, my car was declared a total loss. A week later they offered me pennies on the dollar as a settlement. When I showed them that there isn't a single comparable car in the entire country for anywhere near the price they offered, they still refused to budge. I'm out at least $1000 if I want to buy the same year make and model. Absolutely terrible company!

      I think Progressive is the best auto insurance company I've ever used and their website is very easy to navigate. Their rates are reasonable and I've been very happy since I made the switch. Thank you, Progressive!

      My credit score has been lowered due to a bill I never knew about from 6 Progressive Insurance. Because I was hacked and lost my home, bank account and phone number among other things, I chose to pay the $81 as soon as I saw it rather than deal with what would be a real headache. I asked that it be reported paid right away. It is still on my credit report. I thought this might get their attention because I have had excellent credit all my life. Even during some not so positive circumstances. Thank you for this opportunity. Sincerely, ***** *

      I am filing a complaint against the handling of our insurance claim. Last year, my husband submitted a claim regarding an incident involving an oversized Jeep with its headlights on and crossing lanes. However, we received no updates on the status of the claim. Yesterday, we received a renewal email and discovered that the claim had been processed and payout for others without our knowledge or consent. The adjuster claims my husband is fully at fault because they allege the other vehicle was stationary, which we dispute. We have not received any communication regarding the handling of the claim, nor have we agreed to any settlement terms. We are dissatisfied with both the lack of communication and the decision to assign full fault to my husband.

      From the claims department, to the billing department, to the outsourced tow dispatch company based in India. Progressive is an uncaring, unethical, inefficient, overly de-compartmentalized meat grinder of an insurance company. Literally the worst dealings I've ever had with a business and I'm a Comcast customer.

      They will not take people off your policy as requested and my agent has submitted all the documentation showing the individual to be removed from policy does not live in house and it was requested over a year ago constantly a run around when you call

      Avoid Progressive, a terrible, predatory corporation that rips off its customers. Flo would be disappointed or does she know she is lying on t.v. commercials about how Progressive cares - believe me it doesn't. They have treated my accident, destroyed car, internal injuries like "oh well, live with it". F 'em.

      I am not satisfied with progressive. The price is so high. However they told me they will reduce the price by renewal, they did not. I paid 230 $. And now they raised the price to 270$. It is crazy that the price of my car insurance is close to the my car payments. I am not satisfied at all.

      Awful company!! Do not use Progressive. I moved from my home and the new homeowner added herself to my policy causing the monthly premium to go up to $777 due to her bad driving record. I never received ANY notices. Only did I find out about the added driver when I received an email my payment would be withdrawn on 2/16 in the amount of $777. After looking into my account I noticed a driver had been added without MY CONSENT!! Progressive told me they sent notices, (yeah, to my old address) because I didn't respond, they automatically added some one I didn't even know or that lived in my household. I have already tried to resolve this twice and all they tell me is to contact the underwriting dept. How many times do I have to contact them to have a driver I don't even know removed from my policy. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company they way the treat customers and they're practices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! When I told online chat I would cancel, the response was (do what you have to do) Really???? I wish I didn't even have to check one star, Progressive is not worthy of any stars!!!!!
