The company offers various free trial memberships for its e-greeting cards. Consumers are required to provide payment information prior to signing up for a trial membership. If the consumer does not wish to become a member after the trial period, they must contact the company before the trial period is up; otherwise, they will be billed automatically for a full year's membership and no refund is issued.

Consumers should be aware that membership is automatically renewed at the expiration of the current term unless cancellation is requested during the subscription period or within thirty days of renewal. The company does notify by email in advance of the impending renewal. New non-trial memberships are billed at the time of purchase but may be cancelled within thirty days of payment processing. Cancellation requests should be made by calling 1-800-711-4474 or may be done online.
