On 3/9/22 sales rep, Byron, showed up on time for the quote. He was very professional and courteous. He explained each step of the process and the details of the material being used. They also have a 20 yr guarantee on the installation. There was absolutely no pressure to sign a contract either. We had asked if we could maybe get a discount because our daughter was interested and a discount if we paid cash. He told us he would discuss it with his boss. He replied the next day and they offered a substantial discount if we paid cash and agreed to have both installations done on the same day which we agreed and signed a contract. He told us they were booked into June for the installations, which was fine. They showed up the day that was scheduled, which was great considering other services are short of staff and the big delays for completing work.. The workers were very courteous and explained again the process. They cleaned up everything each day they were there. We are totally satisfied with the finish and have had numerous compliments. We would definitely recommend Ohio Garage Interiors. This company was professional from the owners to the workers!!!
