Overview

This company first came to the attention of the Cleveland BBB in December of 2015.  At that time a Kentucky woman reported receiving repeated calls multiple times per day regarding an extended auto warranty.  Since then consumers in other parts of the U.S. have reported similar experiences.

Later, in January of 2016, a Florida man reported receiving a call and being told his existing manufacturer's extended warranty was a scam.  Allegedly the company representative offered to recover premiums paid for that warranty if the consumer provided his credit card information and purchased an extended warranty from them.  The consumer later called the manufacturer who was reassured his warranty was valid.

As with any business transaction, BBB advises consumers to exercise caution before providing confidential information to unknown parties.
