              We opened this account as business and for the last year none of information works and know to find out that they took our money for fees when they gave us the wrong information for the account etc. The last year we have had zero access and just paying fee. Why do we even need banks?? Biggest scam in this country. They need us more than we need them. Would like my money back

              I opened a checking account in September 2021, As a reward I was supposed to receive a $300 Mastercard in two separate payments one a $200 card in 40 days and another$100 card in a year on the anniversary date. I have had nothing but issues since I've opened this account. I'm charged a monthly fee of $5 even though I'm not supposed to receive a fee because my balance is well over 2500. Now they claim I will not receive the$200 Mastercard because I didn't meet the qualifications which is a lie. Listen, I do this for a living so please don't play with me. A friend suggested I open a account because they have down payment assistance but a bank responding so poorly is not a good look.
