This dealership is an absolute joke Jamie is unprofessional and rude they don’t care about the customers they sell bad cars that will break down in a month and refuse to fix and engine that they knew was gonna go bad they also lie about sending the title and make crap up Bryan is a complete dipshit this place needs to be shut down.

I got a car from here and everything was great nice people Brian was very nice to me.BUT a few weeks ago do to me being sick and I missed a payment they came and got the car. yesterday 9/7/2023 I went and got my belongings and come to find out all my stuff wasn't in the bag I am missing a phone and my cup that had change in it I called the business to let them know and he tells me he had to believe what the detailer says.this dont make no sense to me.i feel like these people should let the person come get there own belongings and not touch people things this could be resolved because now i feel like or should i say they stold my stuff.and not willing to say "hey let me find it "or start investigating the the person who cleaning the cars out.i probley will not recommend NOBODY TO GO HERE. US CUSTOMER'S IS WHAT GOT YALL RUNNING AND YALL PLAY CRAZY WHEN IT COME TO PEOPLE BELONGINGS.THATS A BAD LOOK INVESTGATE YALL PEOPLE.

I purchased a vehicle for Brian’s direct detail and the Engine blew within a month he told me to come into the lot to get something else I did that truck engine blew after about 3or 4 months I took the car back to be left with nothing I asked for my money back they said no I asked for part of my money back they said no they told me to put 1k down on another car and I would owe nothing on the old vehicle I said I’m not going to keep paying for bad cars I’m a single mom struggling and now with no car

He sold me a car as well I was a day late on the payment he came in repo he did this to a lot of people especially in the year of 2020 when Covid hit how can I get this resolve I feel like I been robbed he has been doing the for awhile enough is enough

This guy is a fraud. I purchased a mini van from Brian, took it on the test drive, during the drive the check engine light came on, he said oh its just a sensor and we will have it fixed, no problem. I said do you guarantee that you will fix this so I don't have to deal with the E check and he said yes and he put his personal guarantee on it. so we said ok and got the van. When we brought the van back to have the light fixed, you could tell he seemed irritated that he had to do anything about it, but he finally agreed to take the van in and fix it. He took it in, after a week we got the van back and the check engine light was still on and we called him. He told us to bring the van back in and he will look at it. They had it another week and still could not get it fixed. They finally forced us to do some waiver thing in order for us to get plates on the van. I asked him about the next time plates are due and he said just to not worry about it he will do the waiver again. At this point i was stuck as i already purchased the van. Within another week the transmission started acting up but the van was still drivable, when I brought it up to Brian he said there was nothing he could do unless we paid him to fix it. I already had it in my head that we were just stuck with this until we pay it off and then we would go somewhere else. Well now, during covid I had to get a new job, we fell about 10 days late and called him and told him I got paid on the 30th (which would be about 4 more days) I work night shift and come home very early in the morning, so my plan was to make the payment in the morning, but before i had a chance to even call, without any notice they took van. I was only 2 weeks late on my monthly payment at this point. Then when we found out that it was repossessed we called him and he wanted $750 for the tow. I feel this is a scam operation. He sells visibly nice cars that have mechanical problems that have band-aids on them and looks for the opportunity to pounce and extort people of their money. I do not recommend this shady company.
