    On August 14, 2023 I purchased a 2016 **** ******** from Motorcars. Transaction goes smoothly, literally after signing the contract I go outside jump in & my dad notices that the headlights didn’t match. I ask them about it they said someone may have put the wrong bulb, by the time I dropped my dad off about 30 minutes after leaving the dealership he notices now the light is completely out! I texted ****** ******** (my sales rep) he tells me bring it next day. I took it back next day, 8/15 they gave me a loaner, next day 8/16 they called said it’s ready. I picked it up lights are on. About a week & a few days later notice this time there’s two of them out . Top drivers & lowers passenger. I let Andrew know again. He tells me to bring it back This is around 8/27 I drop it off take another loaner. They said they can’t find the issue took it to **** dealer where it sat for over a month!! I paid the first note & didn’t even have the car!! I did not get vehicle back until 10/7.. Same day I notice driver side light STILL NOT WORKING. In this time I also feel dragging as I’m driving, also when I change gears there was a hesitation and a jerk before the gears shifted. Thought no way this could be happening on my new car! Got a 2nd opinion from my dad he confirmed!! Wanted to make sure he was right he sent me to his friends transmission shop he also confirms something is definitely not right!! Took car back next day Patrick (finance guy) looks at me as if I’m crazy saying he feels nothing!! Saying if there’s an issue **** will find it on a computer disregarding everything the transmission expert said & I said. Few days later he calls & tell me it’s ready. They can’t find the issue with lights & the computer reported no issues with the transmission. Basically calling me a liar! There is only a 3000 mile warranty they’ve had the car longer & drove it more than I have!! 2nd not approaching still don’t have the car. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! & they REFUSE to take car & return money
