I purchased a battery from this seller a year ago and the battery has since failed. It is still under warranty and they confirmed as much however when I emailed them they advised I needed to call them and leave a message and thats what I did but I did not get a call back from them. I reached back out to them on email and asked if I could file for a warranty exchange online and they stated NO they don't offer that and everything must be done over the phone. Thats hard to do when they don't answer or return calls. I let them know I am not comfortable giving credit card info over the phone and they offered to let me use ****** (I have to pay shipping both ways on the warranty exchange.). They forwarded my request to "Becky" to handle but I guess she was on vacation or out of the office. After several days I emailed them back and "Becky" stated that only "****" can handle a warranty exchange with ****** and I would have to wait for him to get back to me. Half a week later and still I have heard nothing from these guys. Clearly they have an issue with customer service that they need to fix. I guess I am out the battery and the money I paid for it unless "****" or someone else that they assign this to fixes this.
