    Problems Began September 2021, time of vehicle purchase. I was sold a warranty that did not cover major issues that could go wrong on the car. The warranty cost was financed in with my remaining car sales balance of about $14K. Therefore the totals cost of the car was $16,000. I put down $3500 on the car, enough to have covered the cost of the additional warranty. I asked for the dealership to cancel the warranty and remove any interest charges that may have continued to procure . The dealership did not fully cancel the warranty. They paid a portion of the warranty - only 2730? A text with the final monies owed to me was sent to me. It is included in the documents. The dealership also owes me a refund the my Lender, ******* *** refunded back to me because only 9% of the warranty was used. There is a receipt that lists the $747 refund. The business currently owes my $1200. As I write this, it is my money why are they not mailing it to me. The car is also busted after they falsely gave information about inspecting the car and also receiving a shop on their lot to over look cars. That was the first initial problem and its why I wanted to cancel my warranty immediately... the shop on their lot which they had me to believe was their shop - is of a completely different entity. They are misleading people with the idea that they have a shop to repair and inspect incoming cars. I barely put 10,000 highway miles on the car. I would estimate the city miles to only be a 1000 of the t 10,000 miles that were added in a two year period. I believe Luxury should fix my car or give me $3500 on the purchase of another car for being a deceitful sales company.) Their practices are not in line with the **** Consumer's Sales Practice act. They are falsely advertising luxury cars and saleing bad vehicles. Three other reviews on the BBB.org coincide with my bad luck with Luxury Motor Car company that has an A+ rating on the BBB.org site.

    This experience was exactly like the experience you would expect from a shady dishonest dealership that has zero incentive to satisfy a customer. Day 1 = check engine light. Additional communication goes unanswered via phone and email. Kobe in finance is certainly the poorest example of a professional, he does take the title for the quintessential sleazy, lazy used car dealership employee.
