I have used affordable tree service multiple times at two different locations. They have always given me a reasonable price and showed up to do the work when they were scheduled. Their workers have been friendly and competent and they have always cleaned up completely when the job was finish. I would certainly recommend them and have done so to some of my friends.

DO NOT HIRE! Unreliable ,unprofessional company . They will not complete your work as they promise .They will try to not give you a written contract and string you along for months . We hired them in Feb 2021 and the work still hasn't been started in July 2021. Our job has been cancelled and rescheduled so many times I have lost count .Owners Mike and Kenny seem to act like they aren't on same page and give you different prices and scheduling . They act like the customer is always wrong and when you approach them to start/complete the work you will get a rude response . Given a constant run around !Affordable Tree Services Response

We looked at this project in February 21 Gave ***** a quote for tree removal she stated she was going to get other quotes and would let me know.affordable tree was given the job in late may.early June 3 employees tested positive for COVID-19 and we where quarantined for 2 weeks .I rescheduled ***** for July . ***** was unhappy with that I offered a price break and was still unable to work out a acceptable solution for her. Thanks for the opportunity to bid your project.we removed other trees for her 2 years prior .we strive to keep all dates in a timely manner but must also keep our clients and staff healthy.Customer Response

Unfortunately Affordable tree service just continues to tell lies . The texts and videos I turned over proved everything. I would never wish this unprofessional company on anyone. The run around ,lies and behavior of the employees shows everyone what this company really is . I have moved on and learned a lesson from this bogus company....never hire without doing research. I'm sure they will continue to have problems and complaints.The evidence of this is all over social media and reviews on the web . My problem was taken care of in a timely manner by another company that apparently cleans up and fixes all of Affordable tree companies messes they have left customers with . It speaks volumes that everybody I reached out to had nothing good to say about Affordable tree company . Word of mouth will go a long way for this company losing any future work .Affordable Tree Services Response

Wow,I guess after 76 texts and phone calls,and the harassing husband phone calls our date was not acceptable to you.its unfortunate that name calling and threats are how you treat contractors.the tree in question is still standing and not removed.perhaps The split s healed themselves, probably the case is your contractor was unable to correctly remove your tree.whatever the case may be good luck ***** maybe volunteer for a worthy cause and may *** bless you!Customer Response

***** or **** I have only stated the facts which was backed up by proof . I am very sorry that's how you choose to run your company and speak to your customers. My trees were removed by a reputable company in a very timely manner ,no drama ,lies or run around unlike the experience your company gave us . Unfortunately we werent the only customers that had lots of issues with your company and crew. I truly wish you the best of luck and hope your implement changes to your behavior, customer service and quality of work.
