HORRBILE!!!! Go somewhere else- these people are very shady!!!! We were told a price but they were booked for that coming summer so it would be the following year. We were fine with that- they gave us a price and told us in order to "lock in" the price we would need to put 5% down and then at the time of installation there would be another percentage down. The year in waiting I was in communication with them & never once did they tell me that there would be a $20,000 price increase. They waited a whole year to inform me that the price had gone up due to their costs going up. They increased the pool total of $20,000- & then was told in order to lock in that price they needed to know if I wanted to proceed with the pool so they could order parts. If I didnt want to proceed with the new price they would give me my refund back- well in the state of Ohio they legally cant keep a construction loan deposit. GIVE ANYONE ELSE YOUR BUSINESS- Don't go here- we waited over a year thinking we would be getting a pool only to start the process over again.
