            This company is trash! They never return phone calls, or emails. They rarely pick up the phone. If they do answer, the lady on the other end is an absolute nightmare. She is so incredibly rude and not helpful at all! I honestly don't think she knows much about pools or courtesy. I called on April 23, 2021 and asked about having someone come out to help us with our pool. It is now May 16th and I still haven't received a phone call to schedule a time for someone to come to my house. We are planning on installing a heater, which is pricey, but we will be buying it from someone else!! Anchor pools will not receive another dime from us!! DO NOT use them!!
