I highly recommend this company. Excellent experience! Every staff member I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and exhibited a high level of professionalism that is extremely rare in today's business environment. The came out quoted job and started 1 week after. Job took 1 day to do. Roofers were very good at keeping yard clean as they found it. An inspector was sent out to check everything was done correctly. The quote was $2000 less the other companies. I will definitely use them when I need my garage done.

Having contacted several roofing/chimney companies for my project, Ray St. Clair was clearly above the others in all aspects. Admittedly, they were not the lowest bid I received but theirs was the most thorough and comprehensive. Their estimate, accompanied by pictures of my roof and chimney, was explained to me in detail as well as options for their repair and/or replacement. If you need a replacement or repair on your roof or chimney choose Ray St. Clair - you will not have any regrets!

We purchased this company's gutter helmet years ago and were told it had a "Lifetime Warranty".In the last couple of years we noticed the water leaking over our gutters in even moderate rainfall and contacted the company last year. They came out and replaced our one gutter which cost us $2200. The gutter on the other side of the house leaks so much that we have ruts in the dirt below them. We contacted them to come out and they said it must be the **** and dirt on the roof causing the problem, applied a chemical (like Wet and Forget). After the **** was gone, the problem still remained. We called again and an employee came out really his only solution was that they could clean the gutter off (for another couple hundred dollars) but he wasn't sure that would help. So now we have no solution to our problem. Two weeks ago I wrote a letter to the company asking what happened to their "Lifetime Warranty" policy and telling them how disappointed we are with them not solving our problem. I have heard nothing. I do not recommend this company because they are one of the most expensive and I don't feel they care about their customers. My sister who had Gutter Shutter also has a lifetime guarantee and they have been out and serviced hers for free with good results. Too many good companies out there so don't bother with this one.

On March 7, 2022 Ray St. Clair Roofing repaired my chimney flashing. They parked their work van in my NEWLY poured concrete driveway. And unfortunately their van left four large oil stains on the driveway. I was assured that they would address the problem and it would be properly taken care of. It was NOT! I was promised a crew would thoroughly clean and treat the stains. After cancellations and no-shows they finally sent a crew with a wire brush and a pressure washer, which was a waste of time. Realizing that Ray St. Clair was not going to address the situation, as promised, and after waiting almost 7 weeks, I cleaned the stains myself. My mistake was paying them in full, in good faith, once the roofing job was done. After that I don't think they showed any concern regarding the damage to my driveway. I feel like they just wanted me to go away and they had no responsibility for the situation they created. The whole experience was very aggravating and disappointing.

They repaired our roof and did a great job got to it really quick.

We called Ray at Clair about getting some siding work done. After we agreed to go with them we submitted our first payment to secure us on a completion list. After a few months we did not hear from them and when we called they informed us that they had never received us as a customer and that we never paid our payment. We told him we did and emailed over a copy of the contract that we had signed. In about a week later they called us and said it was a miscommunication and that they had found it. They told us our start date was to be in September. On the day of the start material showed up and found out that it was the wrong materials delivered to the wrong house. So we had to wait a few more days for the right product to be delivered. During installment it was found out that they measured our house wrong and that they had to order more product. During the second order they also found out they never ordered our shutters. It took about three weeks for completion to be done. About a week later we found out that they had Sealed off our electrical box to where we could not open it. We called him and about a week later after we had called them they came out to remove the siding so the electrical box to be open. Instead of them trying to fix the siding problem they requested us to call electrician to get the box moved. We had called and told him we werent going to do that because the siding before did not have a problem and that they would have to figure out how to make the siding work. That was done in October. It is now February and they are just now attempting to fix the exposed wall where they removed the siding and never came back. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This company shows no remorse or care for its customers. This company is all for money and not satisfaction

Ray St. Clair use to be 5 start but not anymore. Buyer beware they will take advantage of you - don't trust them. They charged me $390 for putting a crown coat on my chimney which would have been fine if they prepared the surface before applying the coating. They didn't which means this crown coating is useless. When I questioned them on how their serviceman could spend 10 minutes completing this job and do adequate prep work, their inspector said that he ran his hand over the treated area and felt it had "adequate" adhesion.
