Date: 02/03/22 I took my car in to get it looked at on Monday 31,22 i was having trouble getting my car to start. They looked at the battery and said it wasn’t the battery and wanted me to bring it in on a day they can look at it all day long. i dropped my car off Wednesday night for it to be looked at on Thursday. I get a phone call saying I had a dead cell in the battery and I needed a fuel pump relay. They wanted to charge me $433.00 to pay for this. I said let me give you a call back to confirm the work. I never gave them permission to work on my car yet. He said ok. My brother calls up there to see why the price is so high and they reduce it $50 leading me to pay $372.00 now to pay for my car. So first they tell me it wasn’t the battery then they tell me it is the battery. Me and my brother go there and my brother is asking why is it costing me so much. The guy at the front desk says they had to connect another hose and they cleaned my mass sensor. They charged me 1 1/2 hrs of labor. I have had multiple people tell me it only takes a matter of 10 min each to fix those kind of things. So I feel i was taken advantage of because I am young woman. If it only takes a matter of 10 min each to fix those things then i should have only been charged for a half hour of work. They also didn’t tell me if I even had a warranty on the battery. The front desk man was also very rude. As you see on the receipt I did not sign for consent. They also said it would take all day long and it was only took a few hours for them to call me.
