! If you askance question or cause any problem they raise the rent or evict. Tried to evict me over my service dog . I sent them her ppr work and the laws on it. Then they try to evict me for rent when CAA payd it. The refuse to fix my ceiling ** they simply don't like me. They fixed the neighbors bit kine. I had to call the health department so they lie and say My service dog is the reason and ** I yelled at the maintance men nun of that is tru. They will lie to the health department all to get out of fixing my ceiling when I have a baby in the home!!!! They are terrible people . Came in with no upgrade and raised the rent 200. If you cause a problem it's another 30 raise. Many people have said this about them!

You are currently being evicted for non payment of rent. Neither you nor any company has tendered payment on your behalf.

I was catfish. I saw a property listing on their website. The pictures on the website was nice and beautiful. I paid my deposit and first month rent based off the photos on the website. It was not until I got the keys in hand and was set to move in that I knew the awful truth. Pictures that was selective for the website was not the actual apartment that was rented to me. The hallway leading to the apartment smelled really bad and unsanitary with heavy smell of cigarette smoke. The carpet in the hallway was worn down and visibly filthy and dirty . Area rug was placed in the entry way of the apartment building and appeared to be used to cover up the nasty floor tiles. The broken security door gave access to anyone. I noticed cigar butts and marijuana joints in the window seals and on the floor. Spider webs and stink bugs was also visible in the hallway. Although the site said newly renovated, that was an understatement. They obviously just painted over the cracks and dings in the wall inside of the apartment. The tub was dirty and toilet had nasty ring as well. I asked to be shown the apartment I paid rent and deposit for. I was told that was the same one I saw. I requested a resolution or refund. I was denied refund for my rent because I signed the rental agreement. I was told that I can put my 30 day notice to get my security deposit back. The rental agent has since cease all communication with me at this moment. I did however give my 30 day written notice to them and letting them I will not accept the apartment in that condition. Please beware of photos on the site...Always go to the property before signing lease.

I am sorry you were unhappy with the apartment you rented sight unseen. It is importantly to always view apartments before signing a lease to make sure it fits your needs. As we have month to month leases you were able to terminate your lease and get your full deposit returned. We do have a policy in place now that we will not rent to someone unless these have viewed the home. Thank you for helping us improve our policies for future residents.
