my English mastiff ***** was staying here from 8/26-9/6. When I came to pick her up on 9/6 I was told that she wasn’t there. When I asked where she was I was informed that she had been taken out of the kennel late Tuesday night around 11pm and taken out of the state into Kentucky to Barbs home. I asked why she was taken and who took her and the woman told me that the OWNER Barb S******* had instructed a woman named Jillian to take MY DOG ***** and drive her to Barbs home in Kentucky. They DID NOT contact me nor did they have my permission to do this and I did not find out she was stolen until I was there to pick her up and take her home on Wednesday Barb was very rude refused to bring my dog back to me, even after the police advised her to and after I had begged and pleaded for her to bring my dog back safely. I then made a ******** post in hopes to find another way in getting my dog back and local ** news got involved in the story. Then finally on Thursday evening my sweet baby ***** was returned back to the kennel where then the police retrieved her and took her to the police station where I was Finally able to get my ***** back. I would NOT recommend this kennel to anyone because the owner will take and steal your dog without permission and try to get more money out of you for their safe return home. She is an awful person and she is a thief! Town and country kennel needs to be shut down, and Barb needs to be charged prosecuted for stealing my dog! She also has shown no remorse for her actions! Keep your animal safe and stay away from this establishment!!!
