            Pinnacle paving poured a driveway for me last May (5/29/20) while I was in ******* undergoing rehab for a broken hip. My nephew (*** **** ********) took care of it in my absence. The bill for the driveway alone (I also had other work done) was for $4,625.00. Upon my return from ******* on July 30th, 2020, I noticed there were multiple cracks and discolorations on the new driveway. Over the next 6 months I wrote a letter (including pix) & called Mr K***** twice. He came over & in an email to *** ******** he stated he "saw only leaf discolorations". He did not speak to me personally when he came (I live alone). He did not mention any cracks, although they were present at that time. After waiting through winter 2020-2021, I called again April 9th, 2021 & spoke with Connie, reviewed the continuing & worsening cracking of the driveway (now involving all segments) & told her that I would be contacting the BBB if the situation remained unresolved.
