***** did a great job putting a basement bedroom back together. The job included drywalling 2 walls, smoothing a textured ceiling, painting, installing luxury vinyl flooring and building a cabinet in the closet to cover up a sump pump. He was able to start the project quickly, had good communication and finished the work on time. His price was fair and his contract spelled out everything we agreed to. Im very pleased with the results and have recommended him to friends.

Lemar and his team completed some work for me back in Jan-2023 and did an excellent job! The team was very professional, friendly, reliable, and personable. I experienced some roof leaks in my condo, which is part of a historical building, and the water damaged the ceiling and crown modeling. Given the historical nature of the building, the ceiling had this unique design. I was thinking of doing the work myself, but the texture with the ceiling design and crown modeling repairs made me nervous. After calling Lemar and going through the project with him, I knew that I made the correct choice by asking him to help. The repair work exceeded my expectations and he went through it with me in detail before/after and during the process. Lemar did a wonderful job on my basement remodel. It turned out beautifully. He is a true professional: courteous, reliable, efficient and detail-oriented. L & S Painting and Repair was the best Contractor I ever used. Certified and most importantly very professional. Documents in order, on time, respected my home with cleanliness and reasonably priced. A complete new renovated bathroom. Shower, flooring, vanity, plumbing, painting (beautiful). This contractor does everything you need. I will never use anyone else. If I could give a 10 star I would.
