            On October the 20th of 2023 I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell on Oct 22nd I texted the salesperson that there was moisture in the taillight he tried to tell me it's normal ( I have text messages if needed) I took it to 2 mercedes dealerships here in town they both said that Fort Mitchell should replace it because it shows no damage from a rock or anything. I have been trying to contact my sales person, sales manager, General manager, service Manger with no success even the service advisor here in town and nothing ,mercedes has tried and nothing. Finally on February 16 Don the GM contacted and stated if I took the car back or sent him the taillight they fix it knowing that is a 34 hour round trip I said no he even said he put me up in a hotel and pay for gas well if he is willing to do that why not just send the money? I said no then he got upset and hung up on me ( audio recording of this conversation is available) and text messages are available

            We have had issues in the past with services not being explained. I decided against my better judgement to schedule service once again in the hopes that things would be better. The appointment was scheduled over the phone. A day of work was adjusted to take the vehicle there during lunch and return to work. After arriving and getting checked in, my partner was told we had an issue with our previous service and we are no longer welcome at their dealership for service. When I was upset on my previous experience they had 3 different people contact me on my review and nothing ever came of it. This vehicle was purchased from here but now, due to me being upset our last visit and writing a review we are no longer welcome. update 2 hours later:Have been called two times saying I missed my appointment and if I would like to reschedule. We took time out of our day to get the vehicle to the dealership.

            ****, sorry for the confusion, your partner has also told us that your mouth has gotten you thrown out of 3 other places, we are now the 4th, good luck, maybe you should look into some anger management courses.

            Hello whoever, You really should be more professional and discuss facts and not someones character. You have no idea what anyone has been through. I do get upset easy, hence I didnt come out or want to speak on the phone with anyone. I do see a therapist for issues after I returned home. Should I announce that I have some mental issues from PTSD? Maybe try being polite and understanding before you blast someones character.
