Worst experience here at Jeff Wyler leasing our car! We were over price for our 2024 *** ***** lease, I reach out to the sales Manager to get answers in why we were over price our lease by $3000. I have been waiting over 3 weeks to get an answer. We were quoted a cheaper price from a different dealership for a higher model. I wish I have read the horrible reviews this dealership has prior to going there to, do yourself a favor and AVOID buying/leasing from this place.Review from Seanneca L

The service center is a joke! I had a battery replace in my Nissan ***** and paid for a 24 month warranty. 6 months later my car battery is completely dead! Had my car towed to this facility just to be told there is nothing wrong with my car and I requested the battery at that time to be replaced! They would not do it! The next day my car would not start and I went to a different mechanic for them to tell me my battery was completely dead and needed to be replaced! That same day I went back to this facility and they still REFUSE to replace the battery! Ultimately if you buy a warranty from this facility, you will get ripped off! I will NEVER let my car be serviced here again! DO NOT COME HEREJeff Wyler Fairfield Auto Mall Response

As per ******* we have to test with the ****** supplied tester, if it fails and it did. We have to recharge and test again, we did that and the battery passed after recharge so we cannot replace battery under any type of warranty from ****** without a failed code from the tester. We also checked the charging system at that time and the alternator was working normal. No repairs made and no charge to customer. Please contact me should you have any further issues.Review from Janice R

I posted my vehicle on *** and immediately got a text message from Jeff Wyler Fairfield, OH offering a solid number on my vehicle. I wrote back several times about my vehicle and decided to come in since they said they could give me a stronger offer once they saw it. (See photo of message) I got there after driving over an hour to speak with someone, test drove the vehicle, ran the numbers to be told they wouldnt offer me what the message said, that artificial intelligence sent it and they wouldnt honor what was said in the text message. Even after having a full conversation with this artificial intelligence they said it was still not a person and they wouldnt honor it because they would have to put too much money in the vehicle. Completely wasted my time and my familys time. Definitely wont be returning here.Review from Monique R

Worst experience here at Jeff Wyler purchasing my car. Was lied to through the whole process. I went in with my own financing all they wanted was me to go through them first lie was the manager said they got me same percentage rate as where I came in with found out when I went back to finance then finance lied about part of the warrenty packet saying you get all oil changes free up to 100,000 miles didn't get me my total cost that was gonna be financed there's more but it gives me headache thinking about it would never refer anyone thereReview from Katie C

Horrible customer service in used cars. They attempted to purchase my lease, without me signing anything for it. Then said they would reverse it, come to find out they never even tried to reverse it and was told they were going to pocket all the equity I had built up with my lease. I went to ***** *** where they told me the truth, and purchase my lease myself. Buyer bewareReview from Ben S.

Place is a joke. Supposed to be fixing my brand new 2022 cars paint and are making it a hassle like always. I’ve tried calling several times and only got one answer, during that answer the service a manager answered and told me I had to speak to an advisor, he transferred me to him and of course I got no answer back. I’ve called probably about 15 times to just try and get an answer on what’s going on with my car and it wouldn’t happen. Finally I go into the store and the advisors tell me I have to talk to the service manager. Opposite of what they told me on the phone. Their own service manager at that. Don’t recommend buying a vehicle at this auto mall very difficult to get simple warranty work done because they don’t wanna pay for it.Review from Carlos B

If I could give it ZERO starts, I would. First, they have had my 2017 ****** for over a month, and kept coming back to me that they aren't getting any codes and that they have ruled out the transmission as the issue. I was told that they test drove the car and that it wasn't jerking and losing power as I stated. I got a rental car from the airport 4 hours before my flight, drove to the dealership and test drove the car with one of the managers. We pulled out of the lot and the car IMMEDIATELY jerked and lost power like it had been doing. I told them there is NO WAY they test drove this car. Before I could turn around, it did it two more times. I had to leave to catch a flight, and the manager said he would have someone look at it immediately. I got the next call almost 1 week later stating that it wasn't the transmission and that they had to do more work, which would result in more money. The pulled the pan, blah..blah...blah. They "ruled out" the transmission and stated they reprogrammed the computer and that it fixed the problem. I got home, went and picked up (and paid for) the car, as I was told it was fixed. I pulled out of the lot and it did it again IMMEDIATELY. I called the shop and told them what was going on, and that the angry version of me would be visiting the next day. I decided to let my wife drive the car to work to see how it did, and the car nearly stopped on her on the highway. She didn't make it 2 miles and the car is driving worse than it did when I took it in. I have paid them $360 to fix NOTHING. I am going to take the car to a transmission shop and I will be working with my attorney to deal with the rest.Jeff Wyler Fairfield Auto Mall Response

We spoke to the customer again, he is working with ********************** North America to seek reimbursement. This car was serviced and billed from multiple shops. His claim is related to his product, not service provided at our dealership.Review from Ash N

Buyer beware! Bait and switch tactics at work. If you were previously quoted a price and have already paid a deposit, you should expect to be quoted 25% higher when the car arrives. They will delete negative factual statements to mislead youReview from Christian

Brian L****** and John *** were great through the process. Very accommodating and helpful however I don’t think I’m gonna be doing business with you all any longer. I was called today to say that the car that I absolutely wanted was coming in today. I was scheduled an appointment (i even have the confirmation) to come finalize everything at 1 PM only to be called an hour later with the news that the car I wanted was already sold. I spoke with the sales manager Corey and he offered no empathy about the car being sold. He told me that either Brian or John didn’t understand the presale process and that maybe that was the confusion with the selling of the car. He just kept telling me that I can come up and secure a pre-sale. It just seemed like he wanted to secure a sale versus understanding or showing any empathy about what ever confusion there may have been (the confusion was not on my end). Corey talked over me quite often and I honestly didn’t feel like I was an important customer. A customer who called you all everyday since 12/28/21. A customer who came to your dealership twice to test drive cars. I’m sure there’s many other customers with much more money than me but I was dedicated to you all. This is not how I envisioned doing business with my future car dealership and I’m honestly so disappointed. I wish you all well but I will take my business elsewhere. Brian and John, thank you. Corey, I would love to give you pointers on how to treat your future customers so you don’t lose more like meReview from dawn g

Worst dealership ever! When I first walked in on 06/30/21 an employee was sitting in back of a car on the showroom floor sleeping. I had an appt set up for a test drive of a 2018 Nissan Rogue and they jacked up the price, telling me that was the price yesterday. (I still have the screenshots). Instead of showing me actual figures, I was shown price ranges. To make matters worse, they put me in for a credit card that I NEVER asked for. I filed a fraud compliant with equifax and they found it in my favor and took it off my credit report. They charged for temp tags when I was getting my tags transferred. They told me I would get in trouble if I didn't take the temp tags. I know that was a lie since the last 4 cars I bought, I ALWAYS transfer my tags and never paid for temp tags.I lost all my trust with **** Wyler Nissan. Plus, they let people in the building with a dog in a stroller. So unprofessional. When i finally show up to get my tags put in on my car, they treated me like they never seen me before. so I know I just a end of month "sale" to them
