      They sold me a used car that was supposed to have had a safety inspection. It had tires on it that were over 10 years old and I found out the hard way when the vehicle spun out in the rain in an intersection traveling at a normal speed. 10 year old tires are not safe. I left 3 messages for Todd W***** the manager and he didn’t think that them putting me in danger was even worth returning the call

      i was not plase with the service and how they treat my car they tear a hold in my jeep and now is leaking anitfreeze because of what jake ********************** when they tow my car in my jeep was not leakin before i brought it in to they

      ***** ****** - Parts is great, as he’s always very helpful ! ..BUT: **** *****– is NOT helpful ‘srvce advsr‘! Per Todd G****– “Helpful” service cost $150 & 5 days w/o a car ! As a ‘srvce advsr‘ he refused to give ANY advise/info, etc. AT ALL to a customer ! This is how Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Dodge treats its [paying] customers ! Plus, he had a attitude problem! He refused to be of any help even on a very minor question ! He said “ Help cost $150” !

      I have had several issues with their service dept.Robbie their service manager does not correct any issues,I have been so dissapointed for the last few years from the lack of accountability.A few issues I have with this dealership over the years,they scratched up the front end of my vehicle which I filed a police report which they did fix.I have had my truck towed to them a toltal of seven times,whick keys have been lost five times in these transactions,they would call me to say they cant find keys,then a hour later they would find the keys.I also have sent several reviews to their offices about all these issues no response..My last dissapointment came from two repairs from this past month I spent over $2400 they still did not fix the problem my car was still doing the same thing..I asked Robbie for a refund because problem still exist with my truck,he then made excuses did not refund what was owed.I am currentlly in the process of suing this dealership.I am posting this so this does not happen to anyone else.

      I requested a price for a vehicle through ******* from this dealership on Thursday, May 27th. The price I received was in line with those I received from other dealerships and was stated to be good until June 1st. I was contacted by Kenneth H*** regarding this vehicle. We spoke on Thursday and then again on Friday. I agreed to provide a deposit for him to hold the vehicle until I could come see it on Saturday morning. Ken was nice enough to go in on his day off to take care of this for me. After making the 5 hour drive to see the vehicle Saturday morning, I took it for a test drive, and then sat down with Ken to discuss the deal. When reviewing the paperwork, I noticed that the sales price was not what I received from them on Thursday. When I questioned it, Ken went to talk to his sales manager. When he came back, they had made only a slight adjustment to the price, but it was still significantly higher than the price they had previously given me. After a couple more trips to speak with the sales manager, Ken said there was nothing more he could do and I would need to speak with the sales manager directly. A little while later, the sales manager came over and sat down. He rudely stated they would not honor the price I had received. I asked him why, and all he had to say is "things change." I pointed out that the price I was given was supposed to be good until June 1st. He again just refused to meet the price without any further justification. I was finally fed up and left without the vehicle. I know the reason why they wouldn't sale me the vehicle for the quoted price was because the vehicle was hard to find and they knew they had several other people interested in it and that they could get more money from them. I ended up wasting more than 12 hours of my day, with 10 of those being driving. Despite the fact that Ken was very kind and seemed genuinely upset about the situation, I will NEVER do business with any Jake Sweeney dealership in the future and would urge anyone thinking of doing so to use caution and be aware that this dealership is dishonest and can't be trusted. One additional note, they also refused to offer what my trade-in was worth, despite me having offers in hand from other dealerships.
