I would NOT recommend K&R Landscaping for any actual landscape projects. For my particular project I found Kevin (owner) to be arrogant, dishonest, and incompetent (or simply didn't care) performing the tasks he quoted and agreed to perform. Particularly unacceptable was his refusal to correct botched work within any reasonable timeframe; though he had promised to do otherwise earlier. I personally corrected most of his mistakes and poor work at my expense, but the damage to my property and drainage issues due to an incorrectly installed drainage line is Kevin's responsibility. I am now left with standing water, mud, and ongoing damage to my property as a result of his work. I would not contract with K&R Landscaping, unless you are prepared to deal with his mistakes, repairs, and additional costs yourself

K&R preformed work as contracted, you read the estimate, agreed to and signed the contract. K & R did the scope of work as agreed upon, nothing more, nothing less.

K&R (Kevin) did prepare a contract and I did read it and sign it. Kevin performed the estimates including all measurements for sod, drainage piping, electrical conduit, materials and labor, etc. I did not remeasure or question his numbers. I assumed Kevin's measurements and estimates were accurate. They were not . Additionally, the contract did NOT allow for substitution for lesser quality supplies or products by K&R; which is exactly what was done in several instances without my knowledge beforehand and without my approval. These substitutions, along with poor quality workmanship and installation practices created issues that were K&R's responsibility to fix. I have repeatedly asked Kevin to come back to my property and see the issues first hand but he has not, I have also sent him many photos showing the issues and damage to my property; again nothing. I have already addressed several of the deficiencies and mistakes and have the receipts and pictures and documentation to prove it. The lone remaining significant issue is a drainage issue that is 100% K&R's responsibility; however they have refused to address the problem in a timely manner and has resulted in further and ongoing damage to my property including standing water and insect infestations. I won't go into every detail of every issue here, but I welcome anyone considering K&R Landscaping to contact me first. I will share the contract, pictures, receipts, and recommend personal observations to prove my statements are accurate and correct. I strongly encourage anyone to NOT contract with K&R Landscaping. They are dishonest, and will not stand behind their work; which should be unacceptable to anyone.
