We hired this company to put in carpet and hardwoods. All the carpet that was installed came up at the seams and perimeter. and the hardwoods squeak and bounce due to them not leveling the floor before installation We asked for our money back due to the carpet issue and the hardwood issues and were told no. The carpet was eventually replaced even though a **** representative was suppose to come investigate. I kept a close eye on installation and checked seams and edges. The person in charge of the installers didn't like how long it was taking and told them to pack up their things and leave if I checked the carpet anymore. The new installation is not done well. It has bubbles and moves when vacuuming. The hardwoods are an absolute nightmare with movement, squeaking and bouncing. The installer has been deployed to our house due to complaints to drill holes in one board and insert screws and glues due to how badly it squeaked. When here he said that all the subfloors should have been replaced with a thicker subfloor and leveling been done but that the company overbooks and basically has them get in and get out quickly. He also said that he would not be able to come over and fix the floor every time it squeaked because it will get worse. There is no way this investment will last more than 5 years and it will take us forever to save up to redo this mess. We are absolutely devastated to have trusted a company to do quality work on a home that we invested in and to completely take advantage of us. All we want is our money back so we can reinvest it back into our house and get the craftsmanship we thought we were paying for and forget this nightmare we've been living with this company.
