            I have had about 4 visits and the last one the lady had long nails and she pulled on my jaw hurting it. i watched her scratch her nose she did not have gloves on. she kept tossing the instruments on my chest one fill on the floor I don't if she reused it.my teeth look horrible .every time I went there my bill changed they said this is the amount for the next visit and when I would pay it was always more. I called and asked for a manager talked to some one named jenny told her what happened and said I was going to file a complaint but wanted to talk to someone about it first. she called me a liar and said since your going to file a complaint I don't think we are the right place for you because I take that as a threat. i had a appointment for the next day to finish my bottom plate and she said don't come back ,she said they done extra work on my mouth and should have discussed it with me before they did that's why the extra charge. my insurance was only good for two more weeks .

            These people are nothing but liars. They quoted me and my wife a price of $640.00 to be the total cost of my dental work. hen they took me back to the dentist chair they told me the cost would be $1199.00 I got up and left and told them that I was paying nothing. They sent me a bill for $149.00 due 12/09/21 Received collection agency 12/08/21 they sent to a collection agency before the bill was due. So now you know these people are a bunch of thieves. Just because i am a 75 year old man they think they can run over me, well they got another think coming .

            We strive to exceed patient expectations, and we are sorry to know that we didnt meet your expectations. Per our phone conversation, our team does the best they can to answer questions and quote fees over the phone. Unfortunately, we truly dont know what treatment a patient needs until they are seen by the clinical team. Once seen by the clinical team, there are fees involved for the exam and diagnostic tools necessary to devise a treatment plan for the patient. Each patients treatment is customized based on their individual needs. We apologize for any miscommunication on payment being due for services rendered and for not having the ability to quote exact fees over the phone. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you.
