            On November 1st 2022 I paid tom O****** 5000 as a deposit to do a bathroom remodel. I was supplying materials he was only to do the labor for a total price of 10,000$. Tom worked on my house for a total of one week before he started having personal issues every week and no longer showed up to work. In February I stated that he was to get the job going or I would need my money back he then said he needed a draw to continue working. I gave him an additional 1,000$ he worked for a couple days then back to the run around. During March I contacted him that I was no longer willing to wait without an actual date and time. Tom then agreed he owed me for over half the job total price of 4,000 but only ever paid me 1,000 back of the 6,000 he has been paid. I have a signed contract with amounts.

            Unprofessional to say the least took my job bid it high did poor quality work demanded more money. I expected quality work and in the end felt like he scammed me. Would not recommend.
