What a wonderful company and team to work with! Our 60-year-old covered patio was in dire need of replacement. Concrete patio had large cracks/gaps, roof was sagging to the point that the screen door would not open properly, support wall needed shoring up to prevent collapse, support posts were rotting, etc. Basically, a complete tear down and re-build. From first contact to the end of the project, we found Ken and his team to be honest, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, all the while providing unparalleled attention to detail. They were easy to get in touch with and their response was immediate. Ken stayed in touch frequently with project updates and progress. We can't think of enough positive things to say, except that you cannot go wrong with KBC on any home project that is needed. We couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to utilize their services again.Thanks, guys!!

We recently had the pleasure of working with KBC for a total renovation project on the first floor of our home, including a second HVAC upstairs. I can confidently say that the experience exceeded all our expectations in terms of excellence, communication, and efficiency. From start to finish, KBC proved themselves to be true professionals in their field. This sizeable project took 5 months; KBC was able to meet their estimated deadline within 2 days. While that isn't expected with such a big project, it shows their expertise on timing with scheduling and filling the days with work as best as they could. We have had major work done in the past; we knew that we had to have a company that has someone managing in-office details, onsite details, as well as overseeing the project. *** often stopped by to inspect and insure things were as we wish. Upon completion of the project, there were a few things here and there that needed attention. KBC was prompt to come out to complete and even followup to insure quality and satisfaction. I'm currently in an accelerated nursing program while raising two active kiddos. We knew we had zero capacity to handle design details of the project. We used *************************** Design, per KBC's recommendation, to help us with the new layout (a complete blank slate). She was crucial for helping us with appropriate spacing of things as well as light placement details, etc. All of which is not in our wheelhouse! The teamwork displayed was superior. Many times, I would reply to questions with, "Ask *******!" Because I knew she understood our vision and would handle the details that we simply could not. In closing, I implore you to hire a reputable company with a tenured crew for any project in your home. Any project is going to feel expensive, but remember that you want quality work and a beautiful space for years to come!

KBC finished my 15x27 garage/workshop addition. Ken and Scott are detail focused and work with their crew to deliver high quality professional results. The design incorporated perfectly into our house. The workers were polite and courteous. There were no issues that came up during this process; again, this company from top to bottom is professional grade.

KBC recently finished remodeling our kitchen, and we could not be happier with the result! We were impressed from our first meeting with Ken; he was attentive to what we wanted to achieve and provided guidance about possibilities and limitations given the age of our home. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. Jeannie created three amazing plans with features we didn't know were possible. Gregg did an excellent job overseeing the project and communicating with us about everything we needed to complete the project. KBC was great about providing guidance on when and where to order appliances, tile, cabinets, etc. so the flow of the project was fairly seamless from start to finish. We were very appreciative of Aaron, Erin, John and the rest of the crew. They were friendly, trustworthy, hard working and professional. They were always responsive to questions and kept us updated on progress. Our whole family is enjoying our beautiful kitchen thanks to KBC!

I was in need to completely remodel a bathroom for my aging Mother. Original tub from 1929. I wanted to remove the tub, completely, and put in a shower. I wanted a tile floor shower with the best non-slip texture. I needed someone that could listen to my vision and help me fill in the missing pieces to make it perfect. I needed a company that understands how to make a bathroom as safe and functional as possible. I contacted the Cincinnati Council on Aging. They had some contractors that they recommended. Some were installing grab bars; some do outdoor ramps for entry. Very few were full contractors. I checked them all out and was really drawing to KBC. I reached out to Ken B****, the owner. Ken immediately called me the next day and we talked about my vision. Ken was great to start the process with and he set my mind at ease that I was making the right choice. Plans were made. Drawings were provided. I reviewed the drawings and made changes, until I was happy with the overall project view. KBC’s project manager Gregg was a great help with some fine details and with pointing me to vendors that they have worked with for tile, fixtures, and shower doors. The project started with demo and reconstruction. All throughout the project the KBC team was kind, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. Special thanks to Aaron, Mike, and Erin. Great people that kept me updated on the projects progress and made the final project better than I could have expected. If you have an aging parent and are trying to make sure you can allow them the dignity of living out their lives in their own homes, KBC is a great company to work with.

I have used KBC on multiple projects and have been thrilled with the results each time. Most recently they just completed a total remodel on my master bathroom. It is stunning now. The crew is very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend KBC for both indoor and outdoor jobs. They put in a new deck and handicapped dog ramp at my last house. That was custom built for me and my dogs. KBC is my go to for any project I need done.

KBC, and their subcontractors, did quality work at a reasonable price on our job. The subcontractor that regraded the ground around our home also dug up our old driveway and poured new concrete. They faced challenging weather but worked through it without an issue. They were receptive and responsive to our questions and input. We couldn't be happier with the end product, the grass is growing nicely and our sump pumps are getting a break. ***** integrity and attention to detail is exceptional and it is reflected in his crew.
