            3/2018, the contract to replace existing siding with ***** ******* ********** ***** ****** ****** was signed, warranties from ***** ******* and 5 year craftsmanship by Accurate Carpentry. 10/2018 the project was completed, full payment of $42,205 was made. The summer of 2020, we noticed a slight discoloration in areas were boards abut each other. These areas are where caulking was placed between the trim or joints with other boards. By 3/2021 the discolored areas are completely white. These areas are not the caulking itself, but rather where excess caulking was whipped off the surface of the siding & trim. During installation, their crew refereed to it as squeeze. Contacted Kindra every month since 3/2021, first she says sucks doesn't it and said the caulking has been fading since 2017 and nothing can be done. All other conversations have been excuses about something. Received email on June 17, 2021 saying will get with you about taking care of the noticeable issues. To date, nothing.
