    Hello, I'm writing this complaint out of sheer necessity. I've been unable to ride the bus I need to get to my job because the bus driver is discriminating against me specifically. only stopping if someone else is at that stop. I have made 3 separate complaints that have all seemingly been ignored or in the case of one, changed. I've gotten warnings from my job and next comes disciplinary actions. If i do lose my job due to tardiness from this discrimination from a single bus driver, legal recourse will most likely be the only answer as I've done everything I can to just be allowed to ride the bus without harassment. clearly as this driver is still employed and allowed to continue to take these actions, Metro itself must condone the multiple instances of harassment and discrimination of those that must rely on public transportation. merely wanting to ride the bus in peace shouldn't be a crime, yet I find myself in this position because of the pettiness of a single bus driver. On three separate occasions, I was ignored by the Bus driver while at a Valid stop. The bus i was waiting for was the #64 at Stop after Colerain and Hopple. Today [1/6/22 9:24 am EST] I have made a video of this Driver delibly ignoring me while at the stop even when i approached the window and asked to be allowed inside. The Driver Of Coach number #**** [or License plate #******] is shown driving past me and driving off after the light turned green. At this point Im at a lost for what to do about this repeated behavior simply because I chose to stand on the bus due to a fear of the seats usually being unclean for many of the coaches. [Bed bug infestation in the past.] Here is the link to the video attempting to board on the date listed above. I hope Anyone in HR or Management can help me with this problem.     I filed a complaint with customer service on January 29th about bus 32# failing to leave the garage on weekends and holidays at the earliest scheduled time of 6:35am. They closed the complaint Thursday February 16, 2024. I spoke with a Samantha who is over transportation services. She stated someone from customer services complaint department would call me back. This was the second time I was late for work do to bus #32 failure to leave the garage. A customer service representative called me back by the name of Tierra. With a nonchalant "I don't care attitude" she stated Metro cannot always guarantee the bus will arrive on time or at all. She suggested other options for me to get to work on time. So I called Samantha back. She stated someone would call me back by Friday to accommodate me. No one called me back. Metro's disclaimer that they strive to better serve it's customer and improve transportation options for the regions, while also providing sustainable transportation to low income riders so they can access employment, maintain well-being on their website is "false advertisement." I advise anyone if you have a complaint do not file it with customer service. Take it directly to the CEO's or COO or post reviews across social media. Because you will not get any satisfaction dealing with customer service or any other staff member with Sorta/Metro. Tierra is the worse customer service representative I ever have the displeasure of encountering. Was it her personally or Metro's failure to strive to serve it's customers or all of the above.
