    I hired this automotive shop to mount and balance a new set of tires and perform a vehicle alignment. I paid in full for all of the services ($35 per tire x 4 tires, and $95 for an alignment, plus tax). I dropped off my vehicle to them the night before my appointment, which was on 2/17/22. The price to mount tires was 75% higher than what was quoted online ($20/tire for 60 series aspect ratio), all four of my rims were scraped and damaged in the installation, and the alignment was never completed. Supposedly the shop had mechanical issues with their furnace that day, "aligned" my car, and discovered it was not right on the test drive but could not put it back on a rack and fix it that day. I was asked to leave it another day with them or come back "next week" with it to correct. On their paperwork, they state that the vehicle was aligned to manufacturer's specifications and is "all good" despite verbally telling me that it isn't, and may cause damage to my new tires if not addressed soon. I tried to make an appointment time with them the next day (2/18/22) - not a drop off- and was told they were too busy and to call back to make an appointment for the next week. My car's steering wheel is not straight now, and the car wanders left when the wheel is held straight- which is a worse alignment than when I brought the vehicle in to them. I stopped in the next day 2/18/22 to ask for the cost of only the alignment refunded (not the tire install - which resulted in damage to my vehicle!) so that I could have a different shop perform the service properly. The business owner refused, and blamed my schedule for why he couldn't complete the work the first time, and told me that I "had" to bring my vehicle back to him to make the job right. Frankly, I do not trust their work and their customer service is poor. I have no desire to have them touch my vehicle ever again. I would like my money back for a service that by their own admission they did not complete.
