My sunroof would not open for the past couple of years. I decided I wanted it fixed so I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate. My APPOINTMENT was first thing in the morning. After dropping it off, I called an uber to get to work. I checked a couple of times throughout the day and I kept being told they weren't sure if they would get to it. What! Then why schedule an appointment 3 weeks in advance? Finally, close to the end of the day, I was told they was looking at my car and I'll get a call the next day. When they called the next day, I was given the price but the part would need to be ordered if I wanted them to do the work. That afternoon I picked up my car. I noticed my car windows was down. That was concerning but I dismissed it since everything seemed ok. I was told they "water tested" the car and everything was sealed tight. I paid for the estimate and left but then I happened to look up and saw where water had gotten in. The headliner was damp and loose. It rained that early morning too. I called and I was told that the person I needed to talk to was out until Monday. I took it back anyway so someone could look at it. I went back Monday and the guy immediately got loud and defensive. He was rude and refused to take care of the problem. They have done work for me once in the past and I was pleased but this time, the service was horrible, the treatment was unprofessional and I would never go back. DO NOT USE THEM. Maybe like most businesses, they are suffering but that does not excuse poor service and not taking care of someone's car. Especially when it's a returning customer.
