            Car has deep scratches on top of a 47,000purchase that I didn’t notice when I bought car. They have had my car for over 10 days and I never receive a call regarding status I always have to call and I get different stories. I believe this damage was there when I bought car but was covered up to make the sale. I need car repaired and if it can’t I would like another car of equal value. I put 35,000 down and this was suppose to be my dream retirement car. They still have my car and finally gave me a loaner but I haven’t received any information on when or if scratches can be repaired.

            Hello,Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. I believe this may have been submitted prior to the customer picking up the vehicle yesterday (12/29/2023). After the customer took possession of the vehicle, she brought some scratches on the roof that were poorly repaired to our attention. We had the customer bring the car in to us so we could have the scratches correctly and professionally repaired. With our desire to ensure the repair was done correctly and with it being the holiday season we ran into some unexpected delays that made the repair take longer than initially expected but we did get the scratches on the car repaired. I apologize for any inconvenience these delays may have caused and hope your X3 can finally live up to being your dream retirement car.
