7/8/2015 Every business makes mistakes every once in a while, no matter how hard they work at customer satisfaction. The mark of a successful business is how they resolve that mistake. In our case, the wrong piece of outdoor furniture was shipped to us. Upon my contacting Frontgate, they diligently worked to resolve the issue, which they did. They more than surpassed all of my expectations in customer service, and did so in a manner commensurate with the fine products that they market. I would recommend Frontgate to anyone who wants to purchase quality goods from a first class company.

9/29/2014 We purchased an item that we did not use until well after their 90 day warranty. It broke immediately - when I contacted them, they replied within a few hours with an offer to ship me a replacement for free (I did not even have to hassle with returning my broken item). Very nice.
